A special type of bhaji festival was organized on On 16th and 17th September at Vishwas Lawns for Nashik’s Foody People. This Festival was organized by ‘Vishwas Sankalp Anand’, ‘Vishwas Group’, Vishwas Happiness Centre’. This concept was of Mr. Vishwas Jaydev Thakur. Vishwas Co-op Bank Ltd., Nashik, Vishwas Dnyanprabodhini and Research Institute, Nashik and Radio Vishwas 90.8 Community Radio, Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan Mumbai, Regional Centre Nashik, Saraswat Bank, Vishwas lawns supported to this event. Many people came in groups and they were enjoying the taste of bhajjis. People were experiencing various and tasty types of Bhajjis of Maharashtrian Culture. Genuine spices along with veggies were enhancing the taste of it. Nashik’s Foody People were enjoying bhajji made up with innovative methods and unique taste of it.
Everybody was experiencing the Royal Menu like Palal Bhaji, Mungdal Bhaji, Chinese Bhaji, Bengani Pakoda, Bread Pakoda, Dum Aloo Pakoda, Jain Pakoda, Gilaka Pakoda, Fenugreek Bhaji, Potato Chap, and Hot Zalebi at vishwas lawns. In addition to that artist’s “Janashan-What’s App Group” and “Music Club of Nashik”, under the guidance of Abhay Ojharkar and Hitesh Kariya, an innovative platform was created for the singers.

A special type of genuine Veg Biryani-Pulaav Mahotsav was organized on 11th and 12th November 2017 at Vishwas Lawns. “Vishwas Sankalp Aandacha”, “Vishwas group” and Vishwas Happiness Centre conducted this event. This concept was of Mr. Vishwas Jaydev Thakur. Vishwas Co-op Bank Ltd., Nashik, Vishwas Dnyanprabodhini and Research Institute, Nashik and Radio Vishwas 90.8 Community Radio, Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan Mumbai, Regional Centre Nashik, Saraswat Bank, Vishwas lawns supported to this event. In this event, various tastes of Veg Biryani-Pulaav was experienced by the Nashik’s Foody People. Due to the various food festivals being held by the Vishwas group, the variety of foods is experienced by people under one roof. Unique mix of various types of pavbhaji and masala rice were brought a special flavour to the festival. Innovative platform for the singers was created at the festival. The genuine cook, which produces Vege Biryani-Pulao in this festival had participated. More than 25 thousand people participated the festival in Nashik.

Nashikar happily chose to attend the tastier and reasonable cost food at Non-veg festival in long holidays. A special type of genuine Non-Veg Festival was organized on 23rd December to 25th November 2017 at Vishwas Lawns. “Vishwas Sankalp Aandacha”, “Vishwas group” and Vishwas Happiness Centre conducted this event. This concept was of Mr. Vishwas Jaydev Thakur. Vishwas Co-op Bank Ltd., Nashik, Vishwas Dnyanprabodhini and Research Institute, Nashik and Radio Vishwas 90.8 Community Radio, Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan Mumbai, Regional Centre Nashik, Saraswat Bank, Vishwas lawns supported to this event. Innovative platform for the singers was created at the festival under the guidance of famous singer mr. Sanjay Gite. Merely 20 thousand people participated in this festival in Nashik.
Nashik is developing very fast in various sectors now a days. With the social cultural field, along with religious sacred knowledge, Nashik itself is moving towards the metro city preserving its original image. It’s a accumulation and culture of Nashik to organize the various Cultural, regional festivals. The concept of ‘Vishwas Sankalp Anand’ scheme was firstly proposed by the founder president of Vishwas Bank, Mr. Vishwas Thakur. The idea behind this concept is to mindset every Nashikar to welcome a new year with new commitments, new ambitions, new identity and happy feeling.
Along with Mr. Vishwas Jaydev Thakur, Mr.Vinayak Ranade, Mr. Manesh Burad, Mr.vivekraj Thakur and Dr.Manoj Chopda, together brought this concept in to reality and with the support of Vishwas Co. Op. Bank, decided to organize various festivals for Nashikar. And at the previous evening of New year, on 31st December 2015, “Vishwas Sankalp Aanandacha” organized a famous concert “Ayushyavar bolu kahi” of Musician Salil Kulkarni and Poet Sandip Khare and started its journey.
A special program “Aayushyavar bolu kahi” was organized by the vishwas Dnyanprabodhini and Research Institute, nashik on the previous eve of New year 2015 and started a new era of “Vishwas sankalp aanadacha” . Famous Musician Mr.Salil Kulkarni and poet, lyricist Sandeep Khare presented the concert ‘Ayusha Bolu kahi’ on this occasion. This event of words, tunes and chats, must have surely entertained the audience.
Event was carried out at eve of on 31st December 2015 in between 6pm to 10.30 pm at Vishwas Lawns, In front of Vishwas Co. Op. Bank ltd. This program was concluded under the guidance of Vishwas Thakur and Vinayak Ranade had the concept of the program. Organizers of the program were Mr.Kailas Patil and Sachin Shinde. Vishwas Co-op.bank Ltd., Nashik, Community Radio Vishwas 90.8, Milland Jahagirdar, Sanjay Gondekar, Uday Chandorkar, Avinash Datar, Vijay Sanklecha and Dr. Manoj Chopra’s supported the event. The program was attended by Nashikar audience by a large number.
Under the venture of “vishwas Sankalp aanadacha” and with the concept of Mr.Vishwas Thakur, Misal sar-misal event was organized. Various types of spicy tasty misals with various characteristics were made available. Many people were in the queue for missal. Nashikar got opportunity to eat varieties like kalya masalyachi,tarridar, various colored kolhapuri missal, Jain missal without onion-garlic, upvasachi missal etc. under one roof. The painting exhibition was organized on this occasion. Paintings of many painters of Nasik were presented in the exhibition. People even enjoyed it. This event was organized at Vishwas lawns, near Vishwas Co. op. bank ltd. And famous hotels like Tushar, kamala vijay, Bhamre, nana’s Café, Jay Gajana, Samruddhi, Sadhana, Saptshrungi, Curry leaves, Bhagavati, S.R. caterer and Balasaheb etc. were participated for stalls in this event.
Many people attended the festival with friends and family. missal-sarmissal gave different dimensions to the food culture of nashik. Many people took advantage of jalebi and enjoyed the experience of delusion. Tea followed by the delicious meal of missal-jalebi enhanced the enjoyment. Various types of Tea types such as Masaladar tea, special tea, green tea, black tea, ice tea, pahadi chay were served.
Under the venture of “vishwas Sankalp aanadacha” and with the concept of Mr.Vishwas Thakur, innovative food festival, “Nashik Chowpatty” was organized in 2016 at Vishwas Lawns, Vishwas Co.Op. Bank Ltd. nashik. In this event, Nashik’s more than 150 famous dishes were made available under one roof for Nashikars. This festival was witnessed by more than 30000-35000 thousand people of nashik. Nashik’s food culture and its uniqueness and authenticity came out on this occasion. With such a non-competitive and various tastes of different dishes, they enjoyed great pleasure in Nashik Chowpatty. The festival was celebrated in between 6th may to 8th May 2016. This concept was of Mr. Vishwas Thakur, Chairman of Vishwas Co. op. bank ltd. This festival was executed in the collaboration with Vishwas Co. Op. Bank, Nashik Sanklecha constructions, Bagad associates, Vishwas Dnyanprabodhini and Research Institute, Nashik and Radio Vishwas 90.8 Community Radio, M.T.D.C. Atithya’s tasty Dahi vada, Palak chaat, Batata vada, nandan sweet’s Chaat, Viju’s tasty Dabeli and sandwitch, Kulkarni’s special Pavbhaji, Darade mama’s masala vada from saraf bazar, Darode’s pot icecream, Heramb food’s famous kharavas, Curry leave’s special Tawa pulav, S.r. caterer’s special Coriander chat, Masal dosa, Dhokla Chaat, Mung bhaji, chana chatapata such a such sausageous, elegant and tasty foods were available. People crowded for varieties in Icecreams, Gola, Solkadhi, sarbat etc as all were stroked by the summer days. A different type of icecream named” Fried icecream” was served by S.R. Caterer which also gathered lot of crowd. Foodies crowded the stalls like Chai Tapari, Coffee club, Cold Coffee, Strawberry Coffee etc.
Another special attraction in Nashik Chowpatty was various types of Calligraphy presentation by Chintaman Payar, Nilesh Gaidhani. They were meeting with the visitors of the exhibition and gifting them a paper with writing their names in Calligraphy. The behavior and rhythm of letters were seen in this exhibition. Instrumental Orchestra was organized in “Sangit Sitare”.
On 20th August 2016 Shravani Shaniwar, Sunday 21st August 2016 – Sankashti Chaturthi and 22 August 2016 – Third Shravani Somwar, in the month of Shravan. After three continuous days of fasting, it was decided to organize the Nashik fast festival. In this festival, 17 stalls made fast food items available. More then 100 testy and delicious and fasting dishes were available through these stalls. Good music was played in the festival also in the festival, lucky draw coupons filled by the people were opened after an hour. The winners of the event organized by “ROAD AND RAPS” and “DEEP APPLINCES” were awarded by giving attractive gift hampers. On the first day of festival, Mr. Chintaman P.K ,Dr. Shailendra Patil, Mahesh Kulkarni, Dwarka more, Umesh giri, Sammer pathak, Kedar Kulkarni were the winners of lucky draw these winners were felicitated by Honorable guest who were present in the festival. More than 3000 Nashikar visited to the Nashik Fast Mahotsav with family and friends. The most demanded dishes from the stall were Rajasthani Sabudana wada, Special Spicy Khichadi, Puri Bhaji, Papaya Paticem, Banana wafers, Bananan Cutlet, Ratala halawa, Papaya halawa, Upwasachi Misal, Milk Shakes, variety of juices. The attraction of the festival on the first day was a food stall by students of Deaf Vidyalay. Various students of schools were the visited the festival for this season. Student enjoyed by visiting the stalls and tasting the delicious dishes. On the occasion of this Food festival, “Kusumagraj Pratisthan Bal Granthalay” organised a workshop “Maitri Aksharanchi” for superior handwriting this workshop was guided by Viren Dedhiya, Mumbai. More then 100 students responded to this workshop. Along with handwriting, Basic therapy, Proper handwriting, Speed, Shape are need to be improvised, stated by Viren Dedhiya. Also “Shree Ganpati Atharvshirsh Pathan” was organised on the occasion of Sankashti Chaturthi. In the festival, many dishes from sweets till fruits were available. Various Fruit’s wafers and juices were at great demand by Nashikars. Various dishes like Fasting fingurechips,Upvasachi missal, Upvasachi Jalebi brought flavour to the festival.
